| Use The usage of cylinder is sure to be affected due to the partial crack and damage caused by cold in winter and others reasons in the engine cylinders of the automobile and motorcycle. It is uneconomical to change the whole cylinder. And the traditional welding probably extends the crackles or miss the cracks, which sets high requirements to the welders as well. To restore the usage of cylinders, the adoption of cylinder repair adhesive is considered good because of its many advantages, such as its simple technological process, convenient operation sequence as well as its economy. Applications: Chang-de cylinder repair adhesive is two-component poly-metal and poly-ceramics composed of metal, ceramics, tibre, high-tenacious and heatproof resin, and cure agent. When A and are mixed, the chemical, reaction leads to the being of macromolecule alloy and ceramic coating resistant to corrosion, abrasion and shock, it is used not only the seal and repair of all kinds of cylinders and casings, but for filling up sand holes, gas holes, and pits. Notes: 1. If the temperature of wanted surface is 35-45degrees F, mix the adhesive a little, and smear immediately after the mixture, when the temperature is over 45degrees F, smear after the repair adhesive is frozen to 10degrees F. 2. Heating is necessary when the wanted surface is about 15degrees F, smear when the surface reaches 25degrees F. 3. When the repair adhesive bonds hands or stools, wash it away by solvent such as acetone and toluene, etc, before cure. 4. The product is safe and nonpoisonous after cure, but the two components should be avoid touching skin and eyes before mixture. And once the adhesive gets into eyes accidently, flush with water immediately. 5. Several points should be paid attention to curing the mixture: The more the mixture is the faster the curing reaction; The higher the circumstances temperature is the faster the curing reaction; The proportion of the weight should be strictly given in accordance with the direction to achieve best properly: Only complete cure can it reach the best physical and mechanical property. Application method: 1. Suface treatment: It is a crucial step for repair. The wanted surface should be dealt with strictly, rubbed smoothly by grinding wheel or file, and cleaned repeatedly by detergent after being polished so as to make the surface dry, clean and stainless. 2. Distribution (mixture): According to the compound proportion, mix the principal agent A with cure agent B(2: 1) then stir fully till the different color steaks disappear completely. No need mix A and B beforehand until they are in need, and finish using in the fixed time. 3. Gelatinize and equipment: Smear fully on the treated surface (both sides), and fix the seriously damaged one with steel (or copper )plates and screws. 4. Curing: Not until the repair adhesive cures completely can the repaired objects put into use. At the temperature of 25C, it begins to cure after 4 hours, and completely cures after 24 hours, when it is lower than 25C, the4 cure time should be prolonged for a while, to shorten the cure time, heat to 80º C-100º C and keep it for 3 hours after the first cure. 5POS-process: Generally after cure for 8-12 hours(25º C), the machining, such as sewing, milling, grinding, drilling and tapping, can be made so as to meet the required dimension. 6Several ways to shorten the curing time: Heighten the circumstances temperature; Heighten the wanted work piece temperature; Heat by infrared and tungsten lamps after smearing the repair adhesive, but the heat source should be 40mm away from the repair coat(the circumstances temperature not higher than 100º C).
