| . Performance characteristic The product is two-component (A & B), reaction type structural adhesive synthesized by advanced technology. Its main ingredient is methyl acrylate with the following main featares. 1. More stable in store by international advanced technology. 2. It may be used conveniently, no need to be measured accurately. 3. Bond it on oil surface, no need remove oil thoroughly. 4. It may cure fast at room temperature, and its high bonding strength can reach 30Mpa. 5. It has good acid, alkali, water and oil resistance, high and low temperature resistance and good performance of aging resistance. 6. Easy remove and use widely. Use scope For sealing or installing of all kinds of plastic panel, oil tank, bumper, meter panel, industrial oilcan, lamp lanterns, toy, craftwork decorations, PVC tube, home wood products, also for making and maintaining of elevator, electroform, electricity switch, electricity shell. It mainly used in sticking materials of the same kind and different kinds, including steel, iron, aluminium, titianium, ABS, PVC, nylon, poly carbonate, plexiglass, polyester, resin, pdyurethane, cement, China, wood, etc, It is widely used for making and repairing of automobile, motorcycle, machine, channels and containers in chemical industry, carpentry and furniture, lanterns and signboards, toys and everyday articles, electrical apptiance (it is comparatively no good at gluing galvanized iron, red copper and polyefine. Application method 1. Clean the surface of the material, make sure they have no dust or oil on them. 2. According to weight or volume, mix A and B 1: 1 with adhesive smear, apply it to the wanted surface, then bond by the aid of fingers and set in 5-10 minutes, the wanted strength reaches after 30 minutes, while the highest strength reaches after 24 hours. 3. Maybe used at -60º C~+120º C. Matters needing attention 1. Keep well ventilated and away from fire due to odour of acrylate. 2. Give much heat when curing, no mix too much each time. 3. Keep away from children, no taken oral. 4. Caps of the adhesive tube can not exchanged to avoid going bad and losing efficacy. 5. Keep far from fire due to it is inflammable. 6. Keep in cool, dry and ventilating place. Age in sue is one year, can be use more if kept normal. Note: 1. Because of its oder of acrylate, the product must be kept well ventilated and away from fire. 2. Give much heat when curing, not mix too much every time. 3. Not to be taken orally, as well as not be avoid going bad and losing efficacy. 4. Caps of adhesive tube cannot be exchanged to avoid going bad and losing efficacy. 5. The product is inflammable, keep it far away from fire. 6. Store in cool, dry and ventilating place. Age in use is one year, and used if kept normal.
